I have been feeling headache for a month it feels like the is load on my head, sometimes I feel it feel like water inside I was so scared on I went to the hospital but doctor told it's stress before I work as a maid no off day I don't sleep well, so doctor gave me panadol night and some vitamin I feel ok for one week but am feel the same thing again, could this be brain problem please am scared.
