I am a 19 year old virgin boy. I often get sexual thoughts and whenever I study or think or see even a footage of something sexual, I get aroused and do something which is not good for my health. I have been advised to keep myself busy but it hasn't worked since one time or the other you'll be free, what should I do?

A 19 years old boy who is having frequent sexual thoughts is not at all unusual. If you do masterbation, it is not also unusual. Do one thing, allow those thoughts, don't try to resist. Because resistance creates importance. Once the importance gets weightage it will bother you. Ignorance is the best policy. Take an example, suppose you are standing in a bank of mud river, you're watching the streams of mud river, but it won't affect you, unless you plunged into it. Thoughts are just like this river. They come and pass on its on. Whether you plunged into it or not, the decision is absolutely yours.
