My name is aman and my height is 5'11 and weighing 86kgs and my age is 21. I am doing gym bt not able to cut some belly fat i usually spend 1 hour 30 mins in gym which includes cardio and my weight training . The main problem which i am facing is that i look quite mature as i have a heavy face and i dont like people saying me bhaiya . Can u please suggest something.

Reduce intake of carbohydrates and fats, increase intake of fluids and proteins, and go for a run of at least 45 min a day 5 days a week. There is no easy way to reduce weight. Now its bhayia, soon it will be uncle Ji !
