Hai Dr. I am shashaa from malaysia, pass 1 month I start to drink cow milk, same time I scared bcs of my weight gain, currently my weight 76 kg, my hight 5.4 cm. M suffering from recurring vaginal infection for 2 months even after consume medicine it keep coming back i'm.worried.

Hii. Madam cows milk has lesser fat contentthan buffalo milk. Kindly assess if you are eating more of processed foods and avoid them. Eat more whole grains, protein and fibre rich foods. Start some moderate exercise. For vaginal infection ot could be that you need to drink atleast 12- 14glasses water. You can alternately check your blood glucose levels. Some infection take time to go. Do meet your physician so he will help you. Personal hygiene needs to be followed too.
