Take 1 tsf dhatupaushtik churna with milk in morning and 1 tsf triphala churna with luke warm water at night. it will boost stamina. eat healthy n balanced diet do exercise daily. drink plenty if fluids and water take a deep sleep of 6-8 hrs daily
