I rejoined gym after 2 months I went gym from last Monday but from yesterday I hve a lot of pain in my biceps I am unable to fold and open my hands pls suggest the remedy.

May you took heavy weight or more repetition more then your limits or your posture may be wrong. Do ice massage or cold therapy initial 48 hours with some stretching of hand muscles. Followed by hot fomentation after 48 hours of injury with some more stretching and lite strengthening exercises. Stop any activity that develop pain during movement.
