Any job can have stressful elements, even if you love what you do. When work stress becomes chronic it can affect both your physical as well as emotional health. I would advise you to get some support immediately either from your workplace or amongst your friend circle or family member who understands you well and help you in taking a wise decision. If you continue to feel overwhelmed then you should consult a psychologist who will help you to manage stress and cope up with this problem.

It is not unusual to feel this way initially after a move. Its a new city. Its a new job. Its away from home. You feel that you have no one from your background in this place. All these may initially lead to depression and anxiety. I am not able to give you medication advice here. However, keeping to a routine, exercising, eating a regular intervals and hydrating yourself with liquids like water etc will make your days better. If you have thoughts about death and dying, despite taking all these measures you should consult a psychiatrist. We wish you all the very best. Look forward to hearing from you. Dear User, changes are necessary for our development, you came out from your comfort zone and away from your near ones, it will take time to adjust with new surroundings, new people etc. Follow your schedule positively, do not flow with negative thoughts. I can understand what you are going through, you are confused and not able to take and follow the right decision. Do some breathing exercises, activities and keep yourself relax. Then think what is your goal and desires, think about your dreams, your area of interest and then decide. This is normal thing when you move to new city away from home. When you say you don't feel good just go back and think what is it that makes you feel not good. My suggestion will be to do something which is your interest or hobby. Since it may be only few days or weeks that you moved for the new job, you will make friends at tour workplace. Another point is no one will help you be happy, you have to be positive and find happiness in things or people that you are surrounded by. Make effort to connect with people and mingle with them do not bring in the egoist thoughts like what kind of people they are or what they might be thinking about you. Remember no one is happy every hour of the day it is how we choose to nurture ourself to be happy that happiness will be with you. Better don't rely or blame anything or anyone that you are not happy entirely on your hands how to be happy. All the best.
