Wear good sports shoes n for prevention wear knee caps so in future you r knee n ankle are not face problem. Try small steps n avoid long n high jump while practicing n planning for long term running then give 1 day interval so joints gets relaxed n that interval period convert that day into walking so stemina will remain same. Hope your satisfied for your question.
