I am trying to loose my belly and thighs weight. But I am confuse what will be the best diet for this as I dont want to look weak by face. So pls consult me?

I think your is an ideal weigh and you are right that looing weight will make you look weaker.So the bet way to reduce your belly and thigh fat is by Cycling .Use standing cycle daily for 1 hour with a section of 30 minutes brisk cycling twice daily
