I am 20 years old and my weight is 75 kg so obviously I m having extra fat in my body. I would like to reduce such extra fat from my body. please suggest me some proper guidance to do the same. I m also not having much of height only 5'4"

Eat small & frequent meals. Include high fiber in your diet such as whole cereals & whole pulses. Drink lots of water keep check on your food intake keep yourself motivated through out the day to lose weight.
