I was suffering from gingival inflammation near 2-3 teeth and bleeding from gums and even after 2-3 times of scaling the problem is not solved. What should I do?

Visit a periodontist. There may be gum pockets which doesn't get cleaned by routine care and hence you might require extensive periodontal therapy. Reducing the inflammation can be done by scaling and antibiotics but in cases where repeated manifestations are arising, the cause of the problem needs to be treated. Also your own maintainance matters a lot. Brush in proper technique with updown strokes twice a day and floss once a day.

Hello, Sometimes the gingival inflammation is not only because of the superficial deposits which is removed by regular scaling. If the deposits are present below the gingival margin than it leads to pockets and bone loss which cannot be just cured by simple scaling. A full mouth Xray is going to give the idea and based on that if required a deep cleaning need to be done
