I had a bloating stomach before and after marriage and I had a c section surgery and had reduced it big time but over time I had again got it back. Also if I try exercise or diet it reduces but comes back. What is wrong and what should I do?

bloating sensation is mostly due to acidity.to prevent acidity follow these tips: - Eat smaller meals;Don't overeat� -Limit fluids intake during meals.
