I am put on depran forte 0-0-1 (escitalopram oxalate 20 mg + 0.5 mg clonazepam) for depression/anxiety/panic attacks. There is relief, but there will be depression in the mornings. Hence, I intend to take nexito 10 mg 1-0-0. This is a ssri anti-depressant (serotonin chemical) and by taking a total of 30 mg (10 mg 1-0-0 and 20 mg 0-0-1) wlll there be an excess of serotonin chemical causing serotonin syndrome? Please confirm.
