Hello sir, I use to take neugaba 75 capsules twice a day. I have a heart problem so my heart also contains pace maker. I saw one of the side effect of neugaba 75 is that it may give a issue of "chest tightness" so sir, I want to ask you that sir is there any problem taking this medicine. Will it effect my heart. My age is 86 years.
