I have put on my fats on my thighs what could be the easiest method to rectify the same?

Thigh fat needs an overall body workout. Try to do daily 20 sets of suryanamaskar, squats, lunges and leg stretching exercises. Climb stairs as and when you can. Walk to your work place. Avoid lifts. Take breaks between office hours. Don't forget to eat healthy along with all this. Thanks!
