Dear, an mri or ct scan may not pick up the reasons for your problems. Please see your doctor and explain your symptoms to him/her. He/she will first examine you and then prescribe any tests that you may need to do. That is the best way to do it. All the best to get well.

Hi kashif, before taking any action I suggest you to talk to a therapist. Get an assessment on stress and regarding your behaviour. Cbt might help you along with mindfulness therapies. But also need to continue medicine. So also get in close with psychiatric.
