I am 36 years old working in a Private sector. I think I am suffering from some memory issue due to excess work load pressure. Please tell me how can I refresh my memory. Is there any natural medicine or yoga that can help to enhance my memory.

Reduce your work load take appropriate rest/good sleep of atleast 8 hours less use of mobile do yoga/meditation and daily walk for atleast 45 min. Play with pets watch good movie and listen songs.
