My friend doesnt get sleep at night time. Eventhough tried to sleep. Couldnt sleep. And sleeps at morning 4 or 5. What could be the reason? And what can be done can you help me?

In this age its very common. After going in bed calm your body and just avoid thinking about any problem in your daily life. Try to sleep. Meditation is also another solution for good sleep. If there is some health issue consult a doctor.
