I want to lose weight. Currently my weight is 86 and height 178 cm. I want to reduce to 70. I eat white rice twice as I stay in a hostel. Can you suggest me a diet plan considering I stay in hostel?

Hello Lybrate-user, Definitely you can loose weight with proper exercise and modification in your lifestyle. You need to reduce at least 15 kgs of weight. Well staying in hostel, where food choices are limited and not in your control, exercise is the best deal. You can do simple exercises in your hostel room, yoga, aerobics or jogging and running will help you a lot in losing weight. please avoid rice at least during dinner, you can opt for dal, salad and vegetables and also low fat curd.
