I am suffering from herniated disc with sciatica at l4 l5 level for the last 14 months. I consulted many doctors and did a lot of exercises but nothing proved for me. And my pain is increasing day by say that I could not walk or stand for even 5 minutes and I have had to sit to avoid the pain and tingling down my legs. Initially.the pain was felt in my left leg but now it has reached my right leg too. Please suggest something. Doctors has advised me to get operated but some doctors had told me that am not young enough to get the operation done and also that its not successful. Please suggest something so that I could continue my ordinary life. M just 22 years old and I do not want to quit my studies for this.
