After 8 hours of sleep i wakeup tired. Weight is around 100kg. I dont snore. Feels pain in fingers and heel. Motions are smooth. Fasting sugare is 96 and 2 hrs after (dinner) meal is 126. Bp is normal. Takes heavy dinner. Breakfast around 9 am is sugerless tea and a shake of herbalife. Lunch around 1 to 2 pm. Dinner at 8.30 pm
