Good evening I have question for you. Please answer how much walnuts, pumpkin seeds, flaxseed can consume by pregnant woman daily? As we are vegetarian, unable to eat fish which is a main source of omega 3 fatty acids required to get smarter and intelligent baby. Plant source like flaxseed contains antinutritional factor in it.
