Sir/madam, I was suffering from acidity 4 months ago at that time I feel discomfort and loss of hunger. Then I start using liv 52 syrup and made some life style change like walking for 45 min after evening meal, eat less spicy food, reduce meal size by half of previous and hence reduce weight fro 79 kg to 74 kg, stop drinking tea etc and found normal. Then before 25 days I stop liv 52 syrup and stop walking after meal and during diwali festive my meal plan was disturbed but and today again I feel discomfort and loss of hunger. Should I start liv 52 again? Is it digestion problem? If yes then us there any medicine to back my digestion system on track pl note I use to work in rotating shift like morning, afternoon and night shift through week.

No, its not digestion problem. Its acidity. your stomach produce hcl acid, n its not being utilised properly, this is what is giving you trouble. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit (eat whole fruit not juice), a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Take simple food like rice n dal in dinner. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. Drink lot of water.10. Liv 52 has no effect on acidity. There is no need to take it at your age. Continue with your current routine. Thats fine. If you have any problem reguarding acidity or heartburn then consult a physician. Avoid spicy food as you are doing and exercise daily. Make sure you are having proper sleep and don't take any stress as it also causes indigestion.
