Sir if I will do hard exercise for few moments for half an hour so many sweating found from my body and I am feeling tired soon please advice.

Hi, Some sweat profusely by nature. Profuse sweating leads to dehydration and thus one feels very tired. Drink plenty of fluids like water, tender coconut, fresh fruit juices, nimbu pani, buttermilk, etc to keep your body rehydrated. Drink ORS while exercising.
