Mai raat ko 10 se 11 baje ke beech me so jaata hu aur subha 5 baje ke aas pass uth jaata hu. Par mujhe subha 6 se 9 baje ke beech me bhot tej neend aati hai. Iss time mujhe padhai karni hoti hai. Mai jabardasti padhne ki chair pe baitha to rahta hu par padh nahi pata neend aati rahti hai aalas aata rahta hai. Aisa keval subha ke time hi hota agar mai raat ko kabhi 12-1 baje tak bhi padhta hu to neend nahi aati h.aur subh neend aane par bhi nahi lene par aankh ke upar ka hissa halka halka dukhne sa lagta hai eyebrow ke aas paas ka. Aap 6-7 ghante ki neend le tleast. 5-6 kam hai. Aur kuch exercise karein roj. Andparai khali pet na karein. Khane pine ka dhyan rakhein. Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of plain water first thing in the morning (preferably within 10 mins of waking up).
