How to loss weight in few days by any diet plan or home made exercise suggest me a gud 1 Am of 25yrs with 96kgs and am suffering from thyroid.

Take thyroid treatment properly. Early morning take one glass lukewarm water, add lemon juice n honey 1 tsp. In breakfast take oats. 11 a. M- any fruit except banana n figs. 2 p. M- lunch having roti, dal or vegetable having less oil. 4 p. M- green tea dinner fill the stomach up to half content. Take triphla churn a 2 tsp with lukewarm water at night. Avoid fast, fried, oily n spicy food. Reduce sugar intake. Do walk daily.
