I consulted with a doctor last week about my sleeping issue, I was not able to fall asleep from the last 5 days, I do yoga and exercise 3-4 times a week. The doctor prescribed me medicine zolfresh for a week and as the medicine ended problem again started and nowadays i'm again not able to fall asleep, I stay awake whole day and night from the last 4 days, I do not feel energetic whole day, I am disturbed, I feel weakness all over the body.
