I am 28 years backache from past 1 years becoz i'm seat on chair from 8 am to 5 pm in our clinic I am applying locally volini gel and muscular relaxant tab and cholecalciferol weekly but the pain would not relived.

Improve your posture start physio to strengthen back muscles start stretching of hamstring start planks, core exercises, partial correction maneuvers change your chair if it's ergonomically incorrect don't use many analgesics without a doctor's advice thanks.
