My heart gets scared very easily even if someone is screaming it gets scared I try to control it. I fear that I might hear news of someone?s death or at night its like if I sleep my heart might stop working and I will die due to which I feel very upset at night what to do I am very disturbed of this. It is just physiological issue or what.
