I have gained almost 10 kgs of extra fat and due to my night shifts I am not able to work out. Please give me a diet plan or any medicine which can help in weight loss. I drink lukewarm lime water daily when I wake up.

Its good taking lukewarm lime water but I hope you are not adding honey. You can have. Proper diet and eating habits according to your night shift so that you can lose properly.
