I do too much and over masturbate for last 5 years. Since 1 year I quit this bad habit but due to this my prostate become enlarged to 30 mm. Urine can't passed properly and retention in bladder and urine stream is weak and in two streams. I have to go urine again and again. Due to this I have severe nightfall problem. My body is weaker than weak and can't do anything and small things. My life is hell. Now feel that my body get stroke. My bones were cracking noises .please give solution if I will don't get help I met to death.
