I am working on a paper for my fnp school with prompt "four year old presents with fever and generalized rash. How would you approach this? What history and physical exam would you need to arrive at the diagnosis? Would any diagnostic tests need to be ordered? What resources do you uses to determine diagnoses? What would be your differential diagnoses for this?

Test for dengue is required if the rashes are like red dots along with all the routine test of blood, specifically platelets count. To my opinion paracetamol is the only medication till the reports arrive.
