I am a sports person. I follow a regular routine of 2 hours exercise in the morning. But according to the demand of my sports, I need to be in between 60-64 kg. But I am 70.208 kg. I need to get back to my shape asap. My height is 5'8" kindly help me out. I need to get rid of those extra kgs.
