My 7 months daughter was hospitalised for dengue fever, from 35000 platelet count, after 8 days she was discharged with 3.5 lakhs platelet. But next day she got 104f high fever, she admitted again, her cbp report is hb 7.4, rbc 3.1, total wbc 15200, platelets 449000, neutrophil 11704, crp 480, liver function test sgpt 87, sgot 206, total protein 5.6. Rest in normal range. She is having high fever 102 to 103. Her blood pressure is normal, pulse rate 206 to 210. Crying restless. Please advise with above details. Thanks a lot. Early reply shall highly be appreciated.

She is having hepatitis also and also fever too. Continue treatment as advice of your paediatrician. She will need more water and electrolytes and good care at home. Crying is due to muscle and joint pains.
