I am 36 male accountant. I am working with computer more than 8 hours daily as well as sitting at a place. Now I feel that my fat increase near stomach and side parts. I want to know abt my diet, life style, exercise etc.

Hello, sitting work, lack of exercise, unhealthy eating, wrong lifestyle can leads to weight gain. To prevent this you need to take proper healthy nutritious diet, & start physical activity also at least half an hour / 1 hour. Like walking/ jogging/ swimming/ stair- climbing or any, it wl reduce your extra fat & help to reduce wt, increase your water intake, you need to do detox diet also under dietician guidance.
