I am an epileptic patient its been more than 15 years now currently having encorate chrono 300 twice a day very well controlled but from past few months I feel very tired and anxiety feelings please suggest me how to manage this I dint had seizure from last 4 years almost but anxiety fear and weakness is just what I want to get rid of pls suggest.

Hi, for anxiety and fear I would suggest you to include meditation and yoga in your routine and have well balanced diet along with plenty of water. Sit in the morning sunlight for half an hour daily. Take some counselling sessions from a good psychotherapist. For weakness you can ask your doctor to prescribe some supplements having enough vitamin b12 in it. Also take vitamin d3 softules.
