I miscarried and undergo d&c on 12 july. I had bleeding after 15 days. So took primolut-n (1 tablet) for 23 days. Then after 2 days had some spotting only. Then after 2 months I took primolut-n (2 days for time a day) for 2 days to induces periods. I then had normal periods (bit heavy than regular). Today its my 12 day. I had my tvs today that shows cyst on right ovary and left is normal. I never had an irregular period before pregnancy. I am worried please help me. Dr. said I can become pregnant again but I should try after 2 months. I am taking folic acid and medicine. What should I do to be healthy for pregnancy? I also gained weight after d&c. Can I go to gym? What should I eat?

Your weight gain is not because of your d and c so start hitting the gym and take low fat and low carb diet. Of course you can try to conceive and remember to take folic acid 3 months before planning to conceive.

Hello, the irregular periods is because of the cyst. If the cyst is lesser that 5 cm then it will be go a way on its own but if it is bigger. It has to be removed. Also the cyst means that you have a hormonal disturbance first get yourself completely treated of the imbalance andthen only try for pregnancey. Also continue folvite.
