Sir I have an anxiety issue, actually it started few days ago when I was about to fall down and visited the doctor. I had gone through several test but everything was normal .so doctor gave me some vitamins pills and lonazep. 25 and after taking for 6 days I stopped and I was ok but 2 days ago I was driving the car in night which I don't do usually and again I was feeling anxious and I had to take the lonazep. 25 .and after that for the last 2 days I am taking it daily whenever I felt that I could not control anxiety. Please help me for permanent solutions as now I feel anxious before driving or going alone.

Dear Lybrate User, you should be checking on your diet avoid sugar and caffeine, coffee and tea. Start taking herbal tea or green tea twice in a day, have this before breakfast and in evening. Writing your worries and thought would help you to reduce anxiety. Take mentat himalaya tablet twice in a day, after meals. Meet immediately nearest psychologist as you need cbt therapy or you can take online consultation with me.
