My age is 33. I was under some depression and stress since some days. I was also feeling heart palpitations and pounding sounds in the ear and that is why I am not being able to sleep at night. After getting tested it has been shown that my hemoglobin level has gone down to 8.6.doctor has prescribed me alprax .5 for reducing anxiety. But after that also I am feeling sleeplessness at night.

Alprax is not a solution for your problem it only provides temporary relief. You need proper treatment for which you need to discuss about your problem in detail with a psychiatrist so that proper diagnosis can be made and accordingly treatment can be suggested. Remember you also need treatment for low hemoglobin which can also cause anxiety. All the best.
