Hello There, it would be great if I get any answer to my query. I took a pregnancy test yesterday night at 1: 30 am and it had faint line on it. Me 2 day late on my period but today I had cramps and slight bleeding while I wiped with a tissue. Me confused because it is not periods bleeding. It's very low, its pale red, pinkish. Am I pregnant? Is it implantation bleeding and cramping. I have headache and nausea too but m really confused. Is it normal to have such cramps?
