Hello I am 35 years old man, I have been suffering from joint pains throughout my body starting from ankle to neck ,every joint I mean. This problem has started since last year and is still bearable till yet. Recently my right shoulder is paining a lot and hence I got an xray done but result is all ok. Also to mention after consuming alcohol my knees start paining the entire next day. Please suggest a correct solution soon.

It looks like you are anaemic. And also you have to check with your vitamin and calcium, if the bones are weak then automatically the pain gets triggered more as there is less energy during any metabolic activity.
