Twice brushing and flossing daily will prevent plaque deposition on teeth. Also get scaling done every 6 months for better care. Regards.

No possibility to reduce plaque because plaque is a thin biofilm which is deposited or recur within 15 mins after brushing. 1) drink plenty of water 2) after every meal clean your mouth 3) brushing twice daily 4) scaling and polishing every 6 month to 1 yr.
