*Take protein rich food --- milk products, seeds, pulses, fruits, vegetables etc. *Avoid fried foods, processed food and junk food * Maintain food timings * Don?t miss breakfast. *Avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *Avoid stimulants, aerated drinks etc. and maintain good food habits. * Drink lots of water and juices and keep hydrated. * Have adequate, timely, good night sleep *Have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation. Games like basketball, volley ball and stretch exercises like pull ups, cycling will be helpful.
