Dear Dr. I have thyroid since 2009 I have taking regular health check taking thyronorm 100 now I am feeling breathing problems chest front and back side pain and both hand pain and neck pain I have done blood test there showing homocysteine 43, lipoprotein a is 40 and bun urea is low 5.42 and serum creatinine is 1.07 and egfr is 65 done an ecg ,tmt and eco also but still chest pain so kindly suggest me what is proper meditation.
