Hi, I am having a mild cough after two days of running nose. Should I go for an antibiotic?

Dear Mr. lybrate-user your symptoms are suggestive of allergic response to environmental changes. If mild cough and watery secretions from nose are improving with time. Then it may be no need for antibiotics for atleast now. But if they persists then detailed evaluations may be required. Get well soon!
