Hi, Recently during echo examination found that the heart is bit enlarged and ef is reduced to 33 percent. What is the way forward? One doc suggested angiography I am a bit confused what is the way forward ECG is ok.

In view of low lvef and dilated cardiomyopathy probably ischemic in etiology, coronary angiography is required to rule out coronary artery blockage. Thank you.
