Hi. I am 23 yrs old. A man living in Philippines. I have gynecomastia aka manboobs and sometimes I am having pain but tolerable. My one side of my breast is quite larger than the other one. I have no discharge in my nipple and its not swelling or thickening. I am worried because my mother died in breast cancer. Is it ok feel pain sometimes? By the way im overweight. My height is 5.1 and my weight is 75 kg. Is it possible to get rid my gynecomastia if i loose weight.
