I have been doing gym since one year and my muscles are fit n fine but not gaining muscles since I have completed one year, what should I do? Please suggest.

To gain muscles primary thing is diet, so you need to be very particular about food choices & it's nutrition. Taking balanced diet with balance of carbs, fat & protein is very important. Include good quality protein sources in every meal such as milk & milk products, soy, sprouts, beans, tofu, egg whites so to gain muscles.
