Hello. I have mild keratosis pilaris on my upper arms where I can feel the bumps raised and of different texture and color. What is confusing me, however, if I also have the same condition on my thighs and buttocks. I have tiny flat slightly red spots around each hair on my thighs and buttocks, but they don't have a different texture. The spots are very small, flat, don't differ in texture, unlike the ones on my upper arms. What could this be?

Basically it is commonly seen seen skin, which is harmless. These bumps light coloured they usually appears on arms, thighs, and buttock (normal in thigh and buttock). It can also seen in whole body. Causes are the build-up forms a plug that blocks the opening of hair follicle, it also seen in those who have dry skin. You can take treatment from homeopathy because in homeopathy there is a very good medicine for this type of disease.
