Hi I've been experiencing pain in the gums and in my teeth (1) when I eat or drink cold items (2)when some thing gets stuck in gums (3)when I eat sweet(4)when I chew hard stuff. I'm 54 years and never I had those problems earlier.Please suggest remedy ?

Dear sir, there can be proximal cavity inbetween the teeth, get it checked and restored from the dentist, otherwise, it may go deeper and end up in root canal treatment.

This sir is most probably due to weakening of bone support and gums.Which is why you are having gaps.I suggest sir that you consult your local dentist for thorough cleaning and oral prophylaxis, check for cavities , use fluoride toothpastes.And mouthwashes. Also regularly please floss your teeth with dental floss.
